The Singapore Aviation Academy (SAA)
was established in 1958 as the training arm of the Civil Aviation
Authority of Singapore. It implements training programmes, which
conform to ICAO's standards and recommended practices, to meet both
national and international needs for both operational and top-level

Lights in Mid-Autumn SAA held its Cultural Exchange event on 16 October 2009, themed “Lights in Mid-Autumn”, in conjunction with two local cultural events – the Mid-Autumn Festival and Deepavali. Mr Tay Tiang Guan, Deputy Director General, CAAS, graced the event and gave a welcome address.
