Air Disasters: Crisis Planning and Business Continuity Management, 7 – 11 Nov 2016
This course provides you with the fundamental tools on crisis planning and response after an air disaster and is led by a team of professionals with practical knowledge and experience in crisis planning.
Air Disasters: Care Management and Family Assistance to Next-of-kin, 14 – 16 Nov 2016
This course equips you with the knowledge to organise and manage prompt and effective family assistance in an aviation disaster. Self-care skills and post-response issues will also be addressed.
Seat Dynamic Impact Test Procedures (Jointly organised with FAA), 15 – 16 Nov 2016
This course provides you with an understanding of the background and requirements of impact test performance standards for aircraft seating systems and the various certification options for aircraft seating systems.
SAA Aviation Insight Series on Reaching Out: Next-of-kin (NOK) Communication Strategies and Media Relations, 26 August 2016

Commissioning Ceremony of the Enhanced Airport Foam Tender Driving Simulator, 23 May 2016
The Enhanced Airport Foam Tender Driving Simulator (EAFTDS) was commissioned on 23 May 2016, by Mr Kevin Shum, Director-General, Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore and Mr Lee Seow Hiang, Chief Executive Officer, Changi Airport Group, in an unveiling ceremony at the Singapore Aviation Academy (SAA).
