1. What are the general terms and conditions on course payment?

Payment for course fees must be made prior to the commencement of the course, in the mode of cash, credit card or bank draft. Our payment terms are 30 days from the date of billing notification. Cancellation notice must be given at least three weeks before the course commences. Otherwise, only 50% on the fees will be refunded. There will be no refund if the Academy is not notified of the cancellation, or cancellation is made on or after commencement of the course. Replacement of participants or postponement of courses may be granted by the Academy on a case-by-case basis.

2. How can I make payment for SAA courses?

Payment should be done three weeks before the course commences. You can either submit credit card details to our course administrators or pay via telegraphic transfer with the details below:

3. Can I pay for course/programmes via internet banking?

Internet banking platform is currently not available yet. Nonetheless, you can email your credit card details to your course administrator to effect payment of course fees.

4. Can I pay for courses/programmes using a credit card?

Yes. For fee payment of courses/programmes using credit card, please submit your credit card details to Ms Nellie Wee of Finance Section at nellie_wee@caas.gov.sg.

5.Does SAA accept foreign bank cheque?

No, we only accept local bank cheques.

6. What kind of currency does SAA accept?

The recreational/sports facilities are open to course participants, SAA Alumni and SAA staff only.

We accept Singapore Dollars (SGD) and US Dollars (USD) only.

7. Is there Goods and Services Tax (GST) on the course fee?

Yes, GST is computed at 7% of the total course fee. This is a requirement for GST-registered entities by the Singapore Government. Overseas participants are not charged this 7% GST on their course fees.

The Cafeteria at SAA also caters to Muslim and Vegetarian participants.

8. What is the refund policy?

In the event that the Academy is not notified of the cancellation or the cancellation is made on or after the commencement of the programme, there will be no refund of course fees.
