Engaging young Chinese leaders from the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy and the Nanyang Centre for Public Administration - 3 and 29 June 2011

On 3 and 29 June 2011, SAA organised two one-day visit programmes for the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy and the Nanyang Centre for Public Administration. The visit programme hosted by SAA provided an excellent platform for the local aviation industry to network with these young leaders from the different parts of China and Taiwan. Invited speakers included Mr Wong Woon Liong, Senior Director of the Changi Airport Advisory Group, Ms Chong Phit Lian, CEO of Jetstar Asia and Mr Lim Ching Kiat, Senior Vice President from the Changi Airport Group. Topics discussed included the Principles of Managing Changi Airport, Trends and Challenges of the Aviation Industry from an Airline’s Perspective and Airline Marketing.

The programme also saw highly interactive panel discussion sessions and incorporated networking lunch receptions with industry guests from CAAS, CAG, and ST Aerospace also attended.
