On 16 March 2015, the Singapore Aviation Academy (SAA) presented a talk under the SAA Aviation Insight Series (AVIS) on Communicating with Families after an Air Disaster to over 50 attendees from the aviation industry.

Sharing the session with us was Mr Alain Guilldou, former Head of Information and International Affairs Department of the French Bureau of Investigation and Team Leader of the EU-China Civil Aviation Project in Beijing, China.
