The School of Aviation Management regularly organises specialised strategic management conferences, as well as seminars, workshops and courses to address topical issues on various aspects of civil aviation. It organises the Civil Aviation Chief Executives Programme (CACEP) on a regular basis as a forum for aviation chiefs to share ideas and exchange views concerning a wide range of aviation concepts. It also conducts degree and graduate diploma programmes in various aviation management disciplines. It is the first institution to offer a Bachelor of Aviation Management degree by distance learning. Lecturers and instructors are practising professionals from the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore with many years of practical experience. Selected local and overseas experts are also invited to introduce insights on the latest trends and developments in the various specialised fields. Courses at AMS also provide top-level executives and senior managers with the unique opportunity to interact with industry leaders, experts, academics, and their peers to exchange information and experiences vital for strategic decision-making.
